The SanDisk SecureAccess is a free software designed to help users protect their important file(s) stored on SanDisk USB drives. The program is easy to use and allows users create a password protected (encrypted) vault to store crucial files.
Setup and use SanDisk SecureAccess on a Windows PC
NOTE: This guide is applicable only to SanDisk USB drives as the software doesn’t work on other USB drives.
IMPORTANT: While the SecureAccess makes it easy for users to password protect files, anyone who has access to your USB drive can delete the password protected SecureAccess vault with ease. In short, although no can view your sensitive file(s), they can delete your file(s). So we recommend you backup your important files to a safe place before storing them on USB flash drive.
Step 1: Visit this page of SanDisk and download the latest version of SanDisk SecureAccess software for Windows. The current version is 3.0. You can find the download link under Download SecureAccess section. The download size of SecureAccess installer is about 8 MB.
NOTE: Every new SanDisk USB drive includes this SecureAccess software. So if you have a new USB drive, you might have it in the USB and no need to download.
Step 2: Connect your SanDisk USB flash drive to your Windows 10/8/7 PC. Open up This PC (Windows 10/8.1) or My Computer (Windows 7) and then double-click on SanDisk USB drive. Copy the previously downloaded SecureAccess setup file to the root of the USB drive.
Step 3: Double-click on the SecureAccess setup file to see the following welcome screen where you need to click Next button to continue.
Step 4: Next, you will see the license agreement screen. Check I accept the license terms, and then click Next button.
Step 5: You will be asked to setup a password. Enter a strong password, confirm the same by entering again, type a hint if you feel that you might forget the password (this is optional) and finally, click OK button.
SanDisk recommends you create a strong password by including both upper and lower case letters, numeric and alpha numeric numbers, and special characters. Also, make sure that there are at least 6 characters in your password.
Finally, click OK button to create a new vault on your USB drive. You will see the following screen. Click Next button to see the home screen of SanDisk SecureAccess program.
To open SanDisk SecureAccess again, open up the USB drive and then double-click SanDiskSecureAccess program file.
Using SanDisk SecureAccess in Windows
Step 1: Open up your SanDisk USB drive. Double-click on SanDiskSecureAccess program to see the following screen.
There's nothing wrong with any of that. Pvz (v 6.0.1 por alpha android).rar. It adds a framework from which PopCap hangs a frankly ridiculous number of things to do. Every class has only three abilities. Driving home the last few shots on a final target just before dying is super satisfying.
Step 2: Enter the previously set up password to see the home screen of SecureAccess. And if you see “4 ways to protect your screen” after entering the password, simply click Next button to see the home screen.
Step 3: To password protect a file or folder, click File menu and then click Add File(s), browse to a file on your USB drive, select the file and then click Encrypt button.
If you see “Would you like to remove the original file completely from your computer” message, click Yes button if you want to delete the file from its original location on USB drive.
To remove a file from SecureAccess vault, open up the vault by entering the password, right-click on the file and then click Delete.
Important: While exiting SecureAccess program after adding a file to the vault, please click the log off button and then close the program.
SanDisk ships their flash drives with the U3 LaunchPad software. This utility has some handy applications, but it also allows the user to encrypt and password protect the flash drive. Unfortunately, if you forget the password to the SanDisk flash drive, your recovery options are pretty slim. When you set the password, you are asked to set a 'Hint' that can help, should you forget. Beyond that, the only way to salvage the drive is to completely reformat it, erasing anything and everything on the drive.
Step 1
Attempt to enter your password after accessing the drive. Make sure Caps Lock and Num Lock are off.
Step 2
Use the 'Hint' to help recover your password. After a failed password attempt, you can click 'Hint,' which will reveal the hint you entered when you initially created the password to help jog your memory. You have three total attempts to access the drive.
Reformat the drive. Right-click the SanDisk flash drive within 'Computer' and select 'Format..' Enter a name for the drive, select your desired format (FAT32 is typical for flash drives). Project nevada patches. Click 'Start' to format the drive. This, unfortunately, will erase everything on the drive. Any data contained will be lost along with the password protection. Once reformatted, the drive will be fully accessible.

It's been a long time since you asked but to help others,I just did some deep hacks (ChkFlhs lol) and killed my sandisk which was write-locked, it was kind of a vegetable though,
In the sandisk forums someone sais that he contacted sandisk and they answered,
I understand that you are getting write protection error while accessing your Cruzer flash drive. The flash drive has detected a potential fault and has become write protected to prevent data loss. There is no method to fix this. You will need to backup your data and replace the flash drive. Our team of developers is in combination with the OS developers looking into a solution to resolve this issue. Please note that only a minor percentage of users are experiencing the write protection issue and these are the customers posting on the internet to find a solution.
He also sais,
SOLUTION 1: Return to where you bought and get a refund (as others usb drives might have the same issue) SOLUTION 2: Contact Sandisk costumer service and get a refund, for the same reasons
Good luck sending your flashdisk to sandisk :)

To disable write protection on a SanDisk 32GB flash drive (may work for a pen drive as well) –
After much research, I have stumbled across something that actually worked!
Click on 'Start' --> 'Run' --> type in 'regedit' and press enter.Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEScroll down the list and click on SYSTEMClick on CurrentControlSetClick on PoliciesClick on MicrosoftClick on FVEIn the panel on the right side, if the values for either FDVDenyWriteAccess OR RDVDenyWriteAccess are anything other than '0x00000000 (0)', right click and then click on 'Modify', then enter '0' and press Enter.Remove the flash drive and reinsert. You can now copy to or write to the flash drive.
I am using Windows 7 Professional SP-1 64-bit.

I've tried all the aforementioned method, literally leaving no stone unturned. I think @ardokzal has a point. I have recovered undetectable pen-drives from their doomed state but never have I come across this issue. Also, why I support his point is because I scanned the sectors of the affected USB and actually found that the Drive had bad sector. Some right at the beginning.
If you were to ask me, Skyrim console character edit.
